We are Looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Insulator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with at least a year in installing and maintaining insulation materials to regulate temperature and sound in various structures.

As an Insulator, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper installation of insulation materials, conducting repairs and maintenance, and collaborating with construction professionals to meet project requirements.

Responsibilities :

• Material Installation :
• Install insulation materials, such as fiberglass, foam, or reflective insulation, by project specifications.
• Measure and cut insulation materials to fit specific spaces, ensuring a precise and effective seal.
• Construction Knowledge :
• Interpret building plans and specifications to determine insulation requirements for each project.
• Collaborate with construction or project managers to coordinate insulation installation within project timelines.
• Safety Compliance :
• Adhere to safety standards and regulations while handling and installing insulation materials.
• Utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safety guidelines to prevent accidents and health hazards.
• Repair and Maintenance :
• Conduct routine maintenance on insulation systems to ensure long-term effectiveness.
• Team Collaboration :
• Work closely with other construction professionals, including contractors, electricians, and plumbers, to ensure seamless integration of insulation installation with overall project goals.
• Use of Tools and Equipment :
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment necessary for insulation installation, such as saws, drills, and insulation blowers.
• Quality Control :
• Ensure the quality of insulation work by checking for proper installation, coverage, and thickness.
• Address and rectify any issues or deficiencies in the insulation system.
• Documentation :
• Maintain accurate records of materials used, work performed, and any challenges encountered during insulation installation.
• Provide documentation for inspection purposes and compliance with industry regulations like OSHA.
• Customer Interaction :
• Communicate effectively with clients or building occupants to understand insulation needs and address concerns professionally.
