Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming calls in a positive and upbeat manner
• Staying customer service focused while handling a high volume of calls
• Scheduling installs and estimates-ability to maintain calendars
• Communicates professionally with customer.
• Continuous improvement of customer service, quality, efficiency, and safety.
• Communicates any issues to Operations Manager. Performs other related duties as required.
• Admin work as needed by the Operations Manager to include but not limited to; scanning, emailing, sending DocuSign forms, filing, and preparing documents for crews.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Great, professional communication skills over the phone.
• Ability to think on your feet and respond quickly to customers
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Prior experience as a receptionist or call center preferred
• PHONE EXPERIENCE
• Spanish/English Bilingual
• Ability to listen and learn!

*Salary will be adjusted according to your previous experience and raises will be merit based
