We are seeking a Customer Service Representative Insurance to join our team. We are looking for someone upbeat, has positive energy, a friendly attitude, is invested in their quality of work, has patience, time management skills, is organized, can self-motivate, and can problem solve with resources available. Our physical office is located in Springfield, VT.

This is a REMOTE work-from-home opportunity for the right person who has insurance experience

Responsibilities:

• Collecting documents from customers
• Make outbound calls to leads to initiate contact
• Answering phones, collecting bill payments, answering billing questions
• Assisting with claims, scheduling appointments for agent/team members
• Assist with marketing efforts or events when needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in insurance is preferred
• Detail oriented
• Coachable, and willing to go above and beyond with interaction to provide a quality sales or service experience that sets YOU and the agency apart from everyone else
• Experience in conflict resolution
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
