Tax/Compliance Associate

The Tax/Compliance Associate is a critical member of our team and is responsible for:

• Manage the collection and consolidation of compliance data from multiple sources and segments.
• Collaborate with others to support the development and execution of compliance
• Perform data analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Previous compliance and/or project management experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize date from multiple sources, derive insights and formulate recommendations.
• Ability to multitask, operate autonomously and prioritize effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate and influence at all levels, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

Education and Experience:

• Associates and/or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 3-5 years previous experience is desired.
