• Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies to ensure client satisfaction.
• Administer benefits and assist clients with claims processing as needed.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Utilize telemarketing techniques to reach potential clients and promote insurance products.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in compliance with company policies.

Experience

• Previous experience in retail sales or insurance sales is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong customer service skills with a proven track record of building relationships with clients.
• Ability to analyze information and make informed recommendations based on client needs.
• Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to effectively market insurance products.
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus, enhancing communication with a broader range of clients.
• Familiarity with benefits administration is advantageous but not required.

Pay: $55,752.00 - $100,605.00 per year
