Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 1 year of client-facing sales experience.
- Licensing: General Lines P&C and Life & Health Insurance licenses preferred.
- Characteristics: Dependable, honest, coachable, motivated, and goal-driven.
- Skills: Exceptional written, verbal, listening, and phone etiquette skills are essential.
- Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are preferred.
