Shift hours are M- F from 10:am to 6:30pm.

The Insurance Verification Representative position is responsible for verifying and obtaining authorizations for required exams for multiple geographic locations. Additionally, this role is responsible for obtaining information on the patient's insurance eligibility as needed. IVT Representatives work closely with insurance providers, patients and referring physicians' staff to obtain necessary patient history and notes in order to expedite processing. This role will include rescheduling patients as needed as it relates to the authorization process.

• Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Must have at least 6 months of experience in verifying health insurance (in RIS or manually) or obtaining authorizations
• Possesses and utilizes excellent customer service skills, strong public relations skills, and exceptional written and verbal communications skills.
• Must be detail-oriented and organized, possess clerical skills, and have the ability to interact effectively with doctors, referring doctors and staff, patients, vendors, peers, and management.

Pay Range $16.32 - $18.25 an hour
