We're looking for experienced insurance sales producers who are relentless go-getters, who thrive on success, strive towards continuous improvement and are driven to be the best of the best. In this crucial sales role, you'll lead our outbound efforts, and foster long-lasting client relationships. This position comes with a W-2 contract.
Salary: $45,000 - $50,000 per year, 20% commission, including bonus opportunities to earn exclusive Renegade stock options.

- Drive Sales: Crush your targets by delivering tailored insurance solutions that solve real problems for your clients. You’ll be the trusted advisor they turn to when it comes to protecting what matters most.
- Collaborate & Innovate: Work alongside a team of trailblazers. Your ideas and input will help us continue disrupting the insurance industry, ensuring our agents and clients get the best.
- Build & Retain Relationships: Go beyond the sale—be a resource, a problem-solver, and a key part of your clients’ success.
What You Bring:
- Experience: 2 years in sales, marketing, or a related field, preferably in insurance. You’ve got the drive and track record to prove it.
- A Go-Getter Attitude: You’re hungry for success, thrive on challenges, and love to be on the move, connecting with people and making things happen.
- Top-Notch Communication Skills: You know how to engage, persuade, and close deals. People trust you because you listen and understand their needs.
- Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable with CRMs and digital tools that help you work smarter, not harder.
- Resilient: You can handle rejection and bounce back quickly—because you know the next opportunity is just around the corner.
- Having referral connections and rooted in the community is a plus
