    Work in office: 10%; Work from home: 90% with expectations of in-office as needed for meetings and trainings.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Integration Maestro:
      • Act as the main point of contact on integration projects, ranging from large-scale to intricate endeavors.
      • Juggle multiple tasks with finesse, communicating internally and externally, conducting data analytics, and more.
    • Ticketing Dynamo:
      • Manage tickets within the system, conducting in-depth analysis and processing requests efficiently.
      • Dive into large volumes of data, providing valuable feedback during report-reviews with vendors.
    • Collaboration Virtuoso:
      • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including business partners, developers, and management, ensuring flawless integration of new clients and vendor file feeds.
      • Collaborate with the internal development team, troubleshooting, enhancing, and leveraging file transfer tools.
    • Innovation Enthusiast:
      • Assist in developing and implementing new department procedures and processes, contributing to the continuous evolution of our integration capabilities.

    What You Bring:

    • Education:
      • Associates Degree or 3 years of related experience.
    • Integration Autonomy:
      • Ability to act independently within the integration environment, cultivating a Legendary Integration Experience.
    • Communication Prodigy:
      • Strong communication skills across phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions.
    • Tech Savvy:
      • SQL experience (preferred) and proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
    • Industry Insight:
      • Previous PBM or Health Care, Pharmacy Chain, or Managed Care service experience (preferred).
