Qualifications
- High school or equivalent (Required)
- Customer Service: 1 year (Required)
- Computer Skills: 1 year (Required)
- Typing 50 WPM (Preferred)
- Multi-line phone system (Required)
- Parts ordering/Inventory (a Plus)
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Microsoft products including Outlook, Excel and Word
- Reliable Attendance and Transportation
- Background check and drug testing required upon new hire and at random
- English speaking
Skills/Attitude:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Welcome customers and other visitors to our office
- Inventory, ordering and sorting parts
- Creating job boxes via parts list
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Maintain current filing system and contact lists
- Data Entry Processing and detail oriented
- Must work equally well independently and with others, with the ability to multi-task, work under pressure, adapt to changes, and meet all deadlines
- Must enjoy a fast-paced working environment
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc
- Maintain computer and manual filing systems
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Photocopy and print out documents on behalf of other colleagues
- Strong written and oral communications skills
- Must ensure customer service is upheld to the highest standards with consistent communication through the process and possess excellent customer service and organizational skills
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned, such as inventory and support staff functions
- Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Provide general clerical and administrative support
- Work with customers, vendors, and employees on multiple projects at a time to ensure project deadlines
- Communicate scheduling and logistics
- Must be extremely reliable, accurate, organized, and personable
- Entry level bookkeeping
- Ability to keep information and paperwork organized
- Ability to interact with all levels of staff

Job Type: Full-time, M-F, 8 hours per day, no overtime unless pre-approved.

Pay: $19 per hour to start, or DOE
NOTE: 90 day probational period before medical benefits start, 1 year anniversary for paid vacation and holidays.
