Integration Engineering Manager manages the day-to-day development of solutions for integrating applications across the enterprise or its units/departments. Determines integration requirements and ensures final solutions meet organizational needs. Being an Integration Engineering Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Requires C++ or Java; XML; EDI or OBI; Oracle or Microsoft SQL. Additionally, Integration Engineering Manager typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Integration Engineering Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an Integration Engineering Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Qualifications
Education & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Statistics,
- Mathematics or Engineering from an accredited institution required.
Key Qualifications
- Ten (10) years of total experience with the following:
- ETL and Data integration like (SSIS, MuleSoft, Informatica)
- Database technologies (MS SQL Server, Elasticsearch, Teradata)
- Middleware components like a service bus and message brokers (Kafka, ActiveMQ, MSMQ, RabbitMQ)
- Interface engines like (Core point, Mirth Connect)
- Database design concepts
- Distributed data architecture and Cloud/Hybrid solutions
- API and Web Services like (REST/SOAP/Bulk)
- Exchange and management of patient and Clinical dataProven leadership experience, mentoring, and developing a team. Some Experience with NoSQL database technologies (MongoDB, Cassandra, CouchDB)
