Job Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Senior IT Project Manager to join our Project Management practice group, specializing in financial integrations for a global clientele in the healthcare and life sciences industries. Key Responsibilities

• Define project charter and scope, assess impacts, and establish implementation strategies, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements while collaborating with stakeholders across the globe.
• Leverage your knowledge in financial project implementation to drive successful outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to the GxP validation process throughout the execution of projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business and technical requirements, prioritizing implementations in line with IT strategies.
• Utilize waterfall, iterative, and Agile methodologies to synchronize business and IT priorities, while mentoring and guiding team members.
• Employ tools such as Planview, JIRA, and other collaborative platforms to enhance productivity and enable effective project management.
• Communicate effectively with global teams, adjusting for time zones and cultural dynamics in a dynamic environment.
• Develop and implement operational and technical project plans, facilitating all project gate reviews, while proactively addressing issues to meet project milestones.
• Manage project scope and modifications, identify risks and issues, prioritize conflicting needs, and ensure project completion with minimal supervision, often under tight deadlines.
• Provide regular status updates to leadership and management, continuously pursuing enhancements in project performance.
• Exhibit flexibility and take on new projects as priorities evolve, responding proactively to emerging requirements.
  
  

Required Skills

• A minimum of 10 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, including at least 3 years in financial integrations.
• At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device sectors.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or information technology, or equivalent experience (10 years in IT projects).
• PMP certification is a valuable asset.
