The candidate will handle all aspects of ch. 7 and ch. 13 bankruptcies. This includes attending video and audio hearings, meeting with clients, preparing documents and motions.
We have a relaxed office atmosphere and you may wear more casual attire on non court days.
One day per week you will travel to Muncie Indiana.
You must be licensed in the Northern and Southern District of Indiana or have the ability to become licensed in the next 6 months
