Intellectual Athlete (IA) is an evidence-based mental fitness program bringing mindfulness training under pressure to market. We're partnering with St. Thomas More basketball team to deliver pre-season resilience training for high school athletes.
We're seeking experienced mind-body professionals to join our team in delivering IA curriculum centered around breathwork, visualization, and self-talk. Our goal is to create powerful habits for student-athletes that help both on and off the court.
