Ensures compliance with all engineering, FAA, and customer regulations and specifications. Being an Interior Aircraft Assembly Supervisor requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to Interior Aircraft Assembly Manager. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. The Interior Aircraft Assembly Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. To be an Interior Aircraft Assembly Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Qualified candidates will be experienced with routers, table saws, hand filers, and edgebanders. Have knowledge in building cabinetry, cabinet products & cabinet hardware; be able to read shop drawings and a tape measure, and the ability to assess & prioritize workloads. This job requires you to be flexible in the shop.
Must have a Valid Driver's License and Reliable form of transportation.
