Interior Aircraft Assembly Supervisor supervises interior fabrication of aircraft including mechanics, the fitting of sub-assemblies to the aircraft, and final aircraft interior production. Ensures compliance with all engineering, FAA, and customer regulations and specifications. Being an Interior Aircraft Assembly Supervisor requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to Interior Aircraft Assembly Manager. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. The Interior Aircraft Assembly Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. To be an Interior Aircraft Assembly Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following but not limited to:
· Consult with clients and manage leads provided to you.
· Must be willing and able to make outbound calls to generate business.
· Be involved in lead generating activities.
· Present a friendly and accommodating atmosphere, helping our customers determine their needs and facilitate their request efficiently and accurately.
· Present a professional appearance and abide by general guidelines.
· Works with customers to understand needs / wants and provides top-notch and timely customer service.
· Has strong organization and time-management skills.
Must have a good working knowledge of all product lines.
COMPENSATION: Commission and Bonus based on experience.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· 5 years of design experience in the residential marketplace (Kitchen & Bath Design)
· Proficiency with K&B Software such as 20/20 or Chief Architect.
