Position Summary: As an Interior Designer at our esteemed high-end home furnishings store, you will play a pivotal role in curating luxurious and aesthetically pleasing living spaces for our clientele. Your creativity, attention to detail, and passion for design will be essential in delivering unparalleled customer experiences and driving sales.
The reporting hours are 9-5. Monday -Saturday. The locations are Odessa & St Pete.

Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary commission pay structure with expected annual compensation ~ $75,000 - $95,000

Key Accountabilities:
- Generating revenue
- Building client relationships
- Design conceptualization and development
Regular Execution:
- Conduct client consultations and site visits.
- Consult with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
- Develop comprehensive design concepts that reflect the client's style and enhance the functionality of their space.
- Create mood boards, floor plans, 2D and 3D renderings to present design proposals to clients.
- Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers to source high-quality products that align with the design vision.
- Oversee the installation and arrangement of furniture and accessories to ensure they meet design specifications.
- Provide post-installation support and address any client concerns or inquiries.
- Design and present proposals using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Microsoft outlook, Microsoft teams, Excell, Power Point, Ward, and CRM Software
Required Outputs:
- Customized design proposals tailored to each client's needs.
- Detailed and professional client presentations including floor plans, elevations, and renderings.
- Clear and concise communication with clients, colleagues, and vendors.
- Successful execution of design projects within specified timelines and budgets.
- A design portfolio.
- Updated appointment calendar and sales pipeline.
Technical Knowledge:
- Proficiency in interior design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit) or ability to manage the digital design process and deliverables.
- Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, and furniture layouts.
- Knowledge of architectural styles, color theory, and textiles.
- Familiarity with luxury home furnishings brands and products.
- Retail business familiarity.
- Sales project management.

Experience & Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in interior design or related field highly preferred.
- Interior design certification highly preferred.
- At least 5 years of Interior Design or related experience required.
