Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our team. As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for assisting with:

- meeting the clients at their home and measuring floorplans, measuring cabinets, tile, flooring, etc.

- assisting clients with flooring, cabinet, countertop, tile, etc. selections.

- assisting clients with paint color, wallpaper, lighting, plumbing, etc. selections.

- assisting in the design process as far as the figuring quantities for material orders.

- placing and tracking material orders.

- assisting estimator/draftsman with interior design layouts

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to determine their design preferences, requirements, and budget constraints
- Develop design concepts and present them to clients for approval
- Create detailed drawings, renderings, and specifications using CAD software
- Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories for each project
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure design plans are implemented accurately
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in interior design

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field is not required but would be nice to have
- Proven experience as an Interior Designer or similar role
- Proficiency in CAD software for creating detailed drawings and renderings
- Strong knowledge of color theory, space planning, and materials selection
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
- Ability to manage budgets and adhere to project timelines
- Experience in sales or business development is a plus
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is preferred

Pay: $41,769.10 - $50,302.57 per year
