Key Responsibilities: 

• Strategic Communication Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive communication framework that effectively engages residents, team members, families, and stakeholders. Align communication strategies with our organizational mission, values, and goals. 

• Content Creation and Curation: Create compelling content for various communication channels, including newsletters, intranet, emails, and social media platforms. Curate relevant and engaging stories that showcase our community's unique culture and achievements. 

• Fostering Change Management: Establish feedback mechanisms and avenues for open communication to ensure that voices are heard and insights are valued. Foster an environment where feedback is welcomed and acted upon to drive continuous improvement. 

• Facilitate Collaboration and Engagement: Foster a culture of open communication and collaboration across departments. Facilitate feedback mechanisms and opportunities for dialogue to ensure that voices are heard and ideas are shared. 

Qualifications

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field. 

• 5 years of proven experience in internal communications, with a track record of driving impactful initiatives. 

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for storytelling and message crafting. 

• Strong strategic thinking and project management abilities, with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously. 

• Tech-savvy and adaptable, with a passion for exploring new tools and trends in communication. 

• Work onsite

Pay Range:  

• $85,000 - $107,000 based on experience
