Shopoff Realty Investments is looking for the absolute best and brightest to join our team of dedicated professionals as an Internal Wholesaler, Western Region at our home office in Irvine, California.What you will do:The Internal Wholesaler position is responsible for supporting the Company’s External Wholesaler(s), to achieve the sales goals of specific territories. This position assists in representing the Company through proactive contact and relationship building with new and exciting broker-dealers and reps.Job Responsibilities:
- Cultivating, supporting, and continuing to build our database of investment advisors that sell our funds.
- Cold and warm calling investment advisors to build interest in receiving information on our funds, sending, and then following up on these advisors to help engage them with our firm.
- Arranging in person meetings between advisors and your external wholesaler(s).
- Adhere to all compliance guidelines including use of pre-approved marketing materials, prospectus requirements and proper licensing.
- Fulfill in a timely manner required functions, such CRM data, call reporting, conference calls and meetings.
- Sends appropriate materials to each new prospected Registered Representative.
- Prepares and delivers sales presentations.
- Participate in trade shows, client seminars and events.
- Always conduct daily activities in the highest professional manner.
- Other duties as assigned.
What we need:- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- Must have 3 to 5 years of experience as an internal wholesaler in Real Estate Securities and Investment
- FINRA Series 7 and 63 licensed, (or must be obtained within 90 days of employment) with a clean regulatory record.
Qualifications- Ability to work independently
- Strong interpersonal skills to regularly work with groups of clients
- Ability to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
- Good organizational skills
- Prioritizes, plans and takes initiative
- Ability to travel occasionally in the Region
