Job Summary
The Controller is responsible for the accuracy of Eastland Memorial Hospital District's financial statements and oversees various accounting functions, including the management of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable procedures, bi-weekly payroll processing, and ensuring expenses are allocated correctly to grants. The Controller also manages subsidiary ledgers and coordinates Nursing Home UPL transactions while maintaining patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
