Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing marketing projects from conception to completion. This role includes a broad range of responsibilities, including market research, client communication, organic content creation, and the creation, maintenance, and monitoring of Facebook ads and websites. Additionally, the Marketing Project Manager will assist in devising fresh marketing campaigns and finding new marketing solutions to adapt to various landscapes across multiple industries.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough market research to understand market trends and customer preferences, which will inform our marketing strategies.
• Maintain open and effective communication with clients through email and phone correspondence, ensuring their needs are met and their questions answered.
• Create, maintain, and monitor Facebook ad campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.
• Develop and oversee the creation of organic content that aligns with our brand and marketing goals.
• Manage the creation and maintenance of websites, ensuring they are updated, user-friendly, and aligned with our marketing objectives.
• Assist in devising innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience and meet business objectives.
• Explore and propose new marketing solutions to navigate various marketing landscapes effectively.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn about a broad variety of industries to tailor marketing strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in marketing, project management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of market research techniques and marketing strategies.
• Experience with creating, maintaining, and monitoring Facebook ads.
• Skills in website creation and maintenance.
• Creativity and the ability to develop new and effective marketing campaigns.
• Excellent communication skills, with comfort in email and phone correspondence with clients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Previous experience in photo editing, video editing, and graphic design is a significant plus.
• Openness to learning about different industries and adapting strategies to meet diverse needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
