The Sales Trainee Program prepares new sales professionals to sell company products and services. Participants will go through extensive training in products, services, industry, and consultative sales techniques as part of this 4-6-month program. Training involves many different approaches from in-class, hands-on in the field, role playing, and independent study. Upon completion of the Sales Trainee program, graduates will be relocated to an appointed sales territory.
