SUMMARY:
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for gathering client information from logistics trade shows and converting it into potential leads, showcasing exceptional sales skills. Key responsibilities include collecting client information at trade shows, establishing and maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, providing market feedback, and cultivating sales skills. We expect you to possess excellent communication skills, sales techniques, and a collaborative spirit, along with the ability to quickly adapt to the logistics industry's dynamics.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Exhibition Customer Information Collection
Attend various logistics-related trade shows and actively engage with exhibiting clients to gather their contact information and business requirements.
Effectively utilize time at trade shows to gain insights into potential clients' needs and industry trends.
2.Client Relationship Establishment and Maintenance
Establish contact with potential clients via phone, email, or face-to-face meetings to build strong business relationships.
Continuously follow up on client needs, provide customized solutions to meet their logistics requirements, and ensure client satisfaction.
3.Achievement of Sales Targets
Develop personal sales plans and implement them according to company sales strategies to ensure sales targets are met.
Utilize sales techniques to facilitate contract signings with potential clients and achieve sales performance.
4.Market Feedback
Provide timely feedback to management on market dynamics and changes in client requirements, offering valuable insights for the development of marketing strategies.
Regularly compile and report potential client information and sales progress to ensure information sharing and collaboration within the team.
5.Development of Sales Skills
Continuously learn and enhance sales skills, including but not limited to client communication, negotiation techniques, and sales presentations.
Actively participate in sales training and business development activities provided by the company to continually improve personal professional skills and knowledge.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Possess excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities, capable of establishing strong business relationships with clients at all levels.
Demonstrate strong sales techniques and negotiation skills, adept at handling various sales scenarios and challenges.
Exhibit strong learning and adaptability, able to quickly grasp and master knowledge related to the logistics industry.
Display teamwork spirit and responsibility, capable of effectively collaborating to achieve team sales objectives.
Relevant experience in sales within the logistics industry is preferred.
Associate's Degree (AA) or general education degree (GED), or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer skills required: Microsoft Office Suite
