We are looking for a skilled Trade Show Marketing Coordinator (candidates local to Seaside/Toms River NJ area preferred but not required) to oversee all aspects of our participation in trade shows, ensuring seamless and successful execution from setup to breakdown. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Pre-Event Planning: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for trade show participation; coordinate logistics including booth design, materials, shipping, and travel arrangements; manage pre-show promotions and marketing campaigns to drive traffic to our booth.

On-Site Execution: Set up and dismantle booth displays, ensuring all materials are organized and presentable; engage with attendees to promote our products/services and generate leads; provide product demonstrations and answer inquiries to enhance attendee experience; assist with sales transactions and lead capture using CRM tools; act as a brand ambassador, representing our company in a professional and enthusiastic manner.

Event Management: Coordinate with event organizers and venue staff to address any on-site issues or concerns; monitor competitor activities and gather intelligence to inform future strategies; support colleagues and team members as needed to ensure a smooth event experience.

Post-Event Activities: Collect and analyze feedback from attendees to identify areas for improvement; compile post-event reports, including leads generated, sales achieved, and ROI analysis; follow up with leads in a timely manner to nurture relationships and drive conversions.

High School diploma required and highly skilled administrative and organizational skills; proven experience in trade show coordination, event management, or similar marketing roles; strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment; excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot); willingness to travel and work weekends as required; ability to lift and move heavy objects, and stand for extended periods during events.

Additional background experience highly desired in sales, fitness, wellness, pharma sales, sports management, holistic wellness, biohacking or human resources; candidates local to Tom’s River NJ area preferred but not required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
