GREAT OPPORTUNITY: Douglass Chevrolet GMC is hiring an Internet Sales Consultant for our growing eCommerce department.

As the leader of our internet team, you will be responsible for all aspects of sales lead management of all Internet customers and delivering a great customer experience for all Internet customers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate with and handle all incoming internet leads.
• Monitor and respond to all incoming e-mail traffic from website and referral services in a professional manner.
• Continue to work and follow up with previous leads to progress them down the sales funnel.
• Work with the Sales Manager to provide price quotes including lease quotes, provide values on sight unseen trade-in's, answer any financing questions, structure deals, and secure pre-approval status with the lenders.
• Set, maintain, and follow up on internet customer appointments.
• Smoothly transition customers from phone and internet to their in-store point of contact to ensure a great customer buying experience.
• Work with the dealership's product specialists, sales managers, and finance to complete deals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
