Interventional Radiological Technologist assists physicians in interventional procedures and provides diagnostic aid by conducting organ or body scans on patients. Administers and records isotope dosage in accordance with established departmental protocol. Being an Interventional Radiological Technologist observes patient during procedure and reports abnormal activity. Typically requires a bachelor's degree, at least 2 years of experience in radiology and registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). Additionally, Interventional Radiological Technologist typically reports to a chief technologist or manager. Interventional Radiological Technologist's years of experience requirement may be unspecified. Certification and/or licensing in the position's specialty is the main requirement. Our Pain Management practice is seeking a motivated, reliable, mature, courteous individual for our open Medical Assistant position. It is a fast paced office so the position requires MA to act as both receptionist and MA . We are looking for someone with experience and the ability to work efficiently in ALL areas of a busy medical office. You will be working alongside our clinics Physician Assistant and/or Physician, checking patients into clinic, collecting paperwork and copays, scanning in documents, working with surgery center to schedule patients for procedures and triaging patients. Must be self motivated to get ahead and enthusiastic and well organized in day to day tasks. 2 professional references are REQUIRED and MUST pass background check.
Hours are:
3 Thursdays a month from 8am-4pm and an occasional Tuesday.
