Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or relevant work experience
• 5 years of experience working in the position in the automotive manufacturing industry

Experience with:

1. Shipping 
2. Material Planning 
3. Warehouse Management 

• Production Control Operations

Knowledge:

• Proficiency with Logistic processes
• Understanding of cross-functional activities      (departments like quality assurance, accounting, controlling & production)
• Strong Communication / interpersonal /conflict resolution skills
• 3 years of SAP R3 experience or similar (Oracle, . . .)
• Proficient with MRP/PPS Systems
• Intermediate with JIT & JIS Order Control Systems
• Proficient with Engineering Change Control Processes
• Proficient MS-Office
• 5 Why knowledge (problem solving)
• 5S's good command
• Familiar with OSHA standards
• Process, Results driven
• Strong analytical skills (process/ systems)
• Proficiency in English Language (verbal and written)

Purpose of the Job

Organization of all inventory entry that are relevant in the respective departments including the realization of necessary adjustment posting to ensure the orderly inventory management.

Main Tasks

• Coordinate cycle counting activities 
• Lead inventory activities and adjustments 
• Track and record inventory levels for upper management reporting (KPI’s)
• ABC analysis 
• Oversee material flow
• Monitor SAP movements
• Monitor scanner movements
• Control all warehouse activities 
• Ensure accuracy of SAP Warehouse Management system 
• Monitor receiving and shipping movement system errors 
• Monitor consumption of substrates according to BOM 
• Ensure accurate inventory labeling 
• Monitor Master Data to identify root case for system errors
• Supervise cycle counter team leaders across all shifts
• Schedule cycle count team and counts

Root cause analysis on variance higher than 5%
