Job Summary:

The Inventory Control Analyst oversees the ordering, storing, receiving, and distributing processes of an organization’s products and supplies. Their main duties include controlling the flow of supplies and equipment, tracking, and analyzing inventory maintenance and developing protocols for loss mitigation.

Job Responsibility:

· Monitors and maintains current inventory levels.

· Records adjustments as needed with proper approval.

· Administer Cycle Count Program including analysis and correction of process deficiencies.

· Excess & Obsolescence administration.

· Develop Inventory Process Enhancements.

· Investigate Daily Inventory Issues.

· Coordinate and Lead the Yearly Physical Inventory with Accounting.

· Analyze inventory statistics and work with buying division to correct inventory levels.

· Work with accounting to establish and document sound inventory controls procedures.

· Work cross functionally with teams to enforce proper inventory procedures are followed.

· Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

· 3 years’ experience in a similar role.

· Familiarity with SAP (Or other large ERP) is a Plus.

· Prefer high volume inventory experience in a large warehouse or retail environment.

· Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering and inventory control.

· Ability to analyze and solve problems.

· Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork.

· Clerical, word processing, and/or office skills.

· Advanced Excel Skills are necessary.

· Focus on work accuracy and attention to detail.
