    About The Opportunity

    Execute and coordinate processes in the support of monitoring and controlling inventory accuracy.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities:
    1. Manage the plant inventory control process to include researching and reconciling discrepancies in a timely manner.
    2. Maintain product identification and location program.
    3. Oversee physical inventories/cycle counts/random or receipt audits/reconciliations.
    4. Track and report non-conforming product.
    5. Document and control aged and damaged product.
    6. Train other plant employees in proper inventory control techniques and practices.
    7. Identify, record and initiate any action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformities relating to product, process or quality systems.
    8. Perform warehouse work and shipping/receiving as needed.
    9. Work in a safe and efficient manner using all personal protective, safety equipment and devices that are required, in accordance with all STW documentation (if STW is not developed for any process within this job, proper training techniques must be followed).
    10. Be actively involved in Continuous Improvement; promote and sustain any and all CI, 5S and STW activities.
    11. Other duties as assigned.

    Work Experience: 3-5 years of relevant work experience, specifically in inventory processes.
