We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Supervisor to join our team. The Manufacturing Supervisor will oversee the production process, ensuring efficiency and quality in manufacturing operations.
**Responsibilities:**
- Proficent in operating conventional machine tools, including lathes, mills, plasma cutter, drill press, bridgeports and grinders.
- Strong understanding of fabrication processes, material and tooling
-Ability of read & interpret technical drawings and schematics
-Ability to measure tolerances utilizing calipers, micrometers
- Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing activities
- Monitor production schedules and ensure on-time delivery
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to meet production goals

**Experience:**
