This is for a 100-unit apartment community designed exclusively for low-income seniors, age 62 and above, or households with disability at any age. The property is located in Boise, Idaho. Minor maintenance experience (e.g., painting and drywall) is a plus.Responsibilities:-
Sweep, mop, buff, and vacuum all floors as needed.

Clean management offices, clubrooms, kitchen, common areas, and bathrooms as needed.

Empty all trash cans on a daily basis and dispose of trash in designated areas.

Pick up garbage around the property daily.

Assist maintenance team as needed, including painting and work orders.
Qualifications:-
Prior housekeeping, landscaping, and painting experience helpful.

Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Computer literacy required.
