Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of client accounts, including account opening, transfers, and account maintenance
- Work closely with Fidelity Investments and Charles Schwab to ensure accurate processing and resolution of issues in relation to client accounts
- Provide ongoing support to clients by identifying and troubleshooting issues effectively and with prompt follow up
- Collaborate with internal teams, including advisors and financial planners, to ensure seamless service both to clients and amongst the team
- Facilitate a weekly meeting to keep the team up to date on the status of open/ongoing items
- Maintain strict client confidentiality and adherence to industry rules, regulations, and best practices
- Answer phones, retrieve & process mail, along with other administrative duties as needed
- Additional responsibilities as needed
Required Skills

Education, Training & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field required
- Minimum of three years’ experience in client service or relationship management within the financial services industry
- Strong computer skills, especially in Word, Excel, and Adobe
- Salesforce and Wealthscape experience highly preferred
Work Setting:
- Full-time in New Bedford, MA office Monday-Friday
- Possibility for hybrid work schedule in the future
