Monarch Investment and Management Group is looking for a Seasonal Maintenance Employee to assist with landscaping & light maintenance work at the Mountaineer Village Apartments in Gunnison, Colorado. Paying $18 - $20 based on experience plus a seasonal bonus of $1,500 paid out with last paycheck at the end of the season.

Compensation
Essential Job Duties and/or oversight Responsibilities:
- Landscaping & ight maintenance work including drywall patching
- Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
- Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
-Exterior structural maintenance as needed
- Changing lights, hanging blinds
Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:
• 6 months’ experience in general maintenance
• Dry walling experience including painting and carpentry
• Basic knowledge of electrical, and plumbing
• Have good verbal and written communication
• Problem solving skills
• Be able to provide great customer service to our residents
A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process.
