Investment Manager manages the securities, assets, and investment portfolios of a bank. Establishes investment policies to ensure financial activities are compliant with regulatory standards and requirements. Being an Investment Manager monitors and tracks financial markets, investment trends, and regulatory developments to implement successful investment strategies and recommends changes to manage risk and increase returns. Oversees and routinely assesses portfolio allocation to evaluate performance and alignment with investment objectives, strategies, and risk tolerance levels. Additionally, Investment Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Investment Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an Investment Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Purpose

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Multi-Asset Solutions Salesperson to drive sales and manage relationships with mainly small to medium sized pension plans, providers of additional retirement solutions, digital platforms, and other relevant wealth management channels. The role involves promoting and distributing a diverse range of multi-asset investment solutions, leveraging deep knowledge of the financial markets to meet the evolving needs of investors.

    The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a track record of successful sales, and an ability to understand the specific requirements of different client segments.

    Main Duties & Responsibilities

    • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for our multi-asset offering (fund products and managed accounts) targeting pension plans, providers of additional retirement solutions, digital platforms, and other relevant wealth channels to achieve sales targets and expand market share.

    • Client Relationship Management: Build, manage, and deepen relationships with target clients, focusing on understanding their needs and providing tailored multi-asset solutions.

    • Product Promotion: Act as a subject matter expert on multi-asset strategies, delivering detailed product presentations / proposals and responding to inquiries from clients and prospects.

    • Market Insights: Monitor market trends and client preferences to adapt strategies and propose product innovations that meet demand within the retirement, digital platform, and wealth management sectors.

    • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including portfolio managers, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment on product offerings and client engagement.

    • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline development (in our client relationship system MS Dynamics), providing regular updates to management.

    • Ensure legal implementation of all legal & compliance requirements for existing and new customers

    • Servicing of administrative tasks related to client mandates

    Qualifications & Experience
     

    • Experience: minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within multi-asset investment solutions or a related field.

    • Industry Knowledge: good understanding of the pension fund landscape, digital investment platforms, and wealth management distribution channels.

    • Client-Focused: Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with professional investors.

    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex investment strategies clearly and persuasively.

    • Results-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive financial environment.

    • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. CFA designation or equivalent is a plus.

    • Excellent German & English knowledge (spoken and written), French would be a great asset.

    • Effective organisation and administration skills
