Additionally, Investment Manager typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Investment Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an Investment Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Aid residents in applying for benefits such as food stamps, general relief, and Medicaid, as requested.

Act as liaison between residents, management, and social service agencies as requested and indicated.

Assist and advise residents and families of the services which may be helpful/necessary to maintain an independent living lifestyle.

Educate residents, families, and staff on available community resources, including service availability, application procedures, and resident rights; both individually and as a group.

Meet with service providers as needed.

Perform other related duties as assigned by QASCA/management.
Qualifications:-
Prior related experience required

Prior experience working with a Senior population is helpful

Some supervisory experience may be desirable

Case Management experience helpful

Computer literacy is required
