Mission Manager Sr Mentor

BTS Software Solutions is seeking to fill the position of Mission Manager Sr Mentor to support operations in Ft Gordon, GA.

Clearance Requirement:

TS/SCI with FSP

Will accept TS/SCI w/ CI Poly but must be willing to sit for FSP

What You'll Do:

We’re searching for talented individuals who provide drafting, reviewing and editing of end-product reporting expertise for the Government. This program will maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of our country’s most important missions both at home and abroad.

Responsibilities:

Provide on-site mentoring support, develop working aids and course curriculum, maintain personnel records for technical compliance, and ensure training references maintain relevancy. Provide guidance to mission organizations regarding job qualification standards. Support real-world SIGINT mission operations and instruct platform-training courses in the area of mission management operations.

Qualifications:

• Five (5) years of operational experience within the last seven (7) years producing precision geolocation solutions using Aerial Precision Geolocation (APG) within the intelligence community.

• Experience and/or current certification as an on-shift Mission Manager.

• Must be able to support 365/24/7 operations.
