As a Portfolio Manager at Elevate Living, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing a portfolio of properties and driving initiatives to enhance their performance and value. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the properties under your supervision while actively seeking opportunities for improvement and growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Elevated Leadership: Providing positive leadership that mentors and develops employees while ensuring all properties adhere to Elevate Living’s standards for operations. Communicating clear expectations to team members and regularly measures and provides feedback to ensure these standards are met.
• Elevated Collaboration: Elevate your collaboration efforts by working closely with property managers, leasing agents, maintenance teams, and all other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
• Elevated Problem Solving: Elevate your problem-solving skills by proactively identifying and addressing issues or challenges affecting property performance, finding effective solutions to drive results.

Who You Are:

• Elevated Attitude: Collaborative, action oriented, and leadership focused.
• Elevated Experience: At least 3 years of team of project management experience is required.
• Elevated Communication: Strong and clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Elevated Professionalism: Professional appearance and demeanor consistently.

Qualifications and Skills

• 3 years of team or project management experience is required.
• Ability to think critically and use problem solving skills to suggest solutions to issues.
• Proven success with individual and team development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Desire to develop and foster a strong and inclusive company culture.
• Proven ability to translate strategic initiatives into manageable pieces.
• Proficient in MS Office and general computer skills.
