Job Overview:

In the role of SaaS Business Development Specialist, you will spearhead efforts to expand the market penetration and sales of our real estate investment software. This position demands a strong emphasis on relationship building, exploring white label opportunities, and contributing to the ideation of new features that align with the ever-changing demands of the real estate and SaaS market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase the adoption of our real estate software tool, SendFuse.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to understand their needs and ensure a continuous flow of business.
• Identify and capitalize on white label opportunities, tailoring SendFuse solutions to meet the specific needs of various real estate entities.
• Collaborate with the product development team to ideate new features and enhancements based on market trends and client feedback.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and materials that resonate with our audience.
• Attend industry events and conferences to network, build brand awareness, and identify new business opportunities.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to forecast trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Provide feedback and insights to the management team to refine processes and product offerings.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in business development or sales, preferably in the real estate or SaaS domain.
• In-depth understanding of the real estate industry and customer requirements.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Innovative and strategic thinker in terms of product enhancement and sales methodologies.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Autonomous work ethic, with the ability to also thrive in team settings.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
