About the job: Serves as the business partner to raw material procurement in fulfilling roles and responsibilities essential to sound business decisions and adherence to standard operating procedures to ensure tangible savings are delivered to the P&L. This role also serves as the Investment controller for CAPEX projects responsible for updating SOPs and ensuring adherence to SOPs. No direct reports
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, management, or finance required
- MBA or an advanced degree in business, management, or finance preferred
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, financial modeling, or accounting
- Experience in specialized functions including procurement of raw materials
- Experience with capital expenditures and capital budgeting, capitalization and financing decisions
- Experience with SAP and other accounting software
- GAAP knowledge preferred
- Knowledge of MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of appropriate accounting and financial modeling software programs
Some of the key activities you will be responsible for are:
- Investment controlling activities, not limited by the following:
- Partner with business stakeholders to prepare, consolidate Capital Expenditure proposals and present to senior management for review and approval.
- Partner with accounting, procurement, and operations to track and forecast construction in progress projects from initial proposal to final write-off of asset.
- Performs financial analysis of investment proposals, prepares capital requests and provide proper ROI documentation
- Raw material controlling activities, not limited to the following:
- Develop and track raw material procurement performance, e.g., purchase benefits, buffer stock, material availability, demurrage
- Assist RM procurement in financializing business cases as they arise

Salary range: 84,000 – 95,000 yearly.
