Position Overview:

As an Outreach & Social Media Designer at America's Next Investment, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach through proactive outreach efforts and designing captivating social media content. Your creativity and strategic approach will drive engagement and foster relationships with potential clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively conduct outreach to potential clients through various channels, including social media, email, and networking platforms.
• Design visually engaging graphics for social media posts, advertisements, and other promotional materials that align with brand guidelines.
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement, leveraging insights from outreach efforts.
• Create and manage content calendars, including copywriting and graphic design for social media campaigns and email newsletters.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and alignment of creative assets with marketing objectives.
• Monitor and optimize outreach campaigns using analytics tools to track performance and ROI, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and digital marketing to drive innovation and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in outreach, digital marketing, and graphic design roles, ideally within a broadcast or media-related industry.
• Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite) and digital marketing platforms (social media management tools, email marketing platforms, etc.).
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative design projects and successful outreach campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey brand messaging effectively.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize marketing strategies based on insights.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
