Circle is looking for a cross-functional, seasoned finance leader to support the development and implementation of Circle’s Investor Relations program.
Circle is one of the leading and highest profile companies in blockchain technology, which we believe will fundamentally change the financial services industry. Becoming a public company is a key element of Circle’s strategy and a successful public listing is a unique challenge for Circle’s Investor Relations.
Circle is an entirely novel, dynamic, evolving and complicated investment story with no public market comparables for investors and analysts to consider. A successful IPO will require investors to have a deep understanding of Circle's business, strategy, competitive positioning, and growth prospects. Most critically, investors must have confidence in Circle’s management team. Achieving all this will largely fall on the IR team and its ongoing engagement with investors and analysts.
This is a fast-paced and evolving role that demands an energetic and proactive candidate with a demonstrated strategic mindset, analytical capabilities, strength in time and project management, strong presentation skills, agility to succeed in a rapidly changing environment and credibility to confidentially engage with analysts, investors and senior management

Starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to: relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note that compensation ranges may differ for candidates in other locations.
Base Pay Range: $175,000 - $225,000
Annual Bonus Target: 17.5%
Also Included: Equity & Benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)). Circle has a discretionary vacation policy. We also provide 10 days of paid sick leave per year and 11 paid holidays per year in the U.S.
