Position Title: Director, Investor Relations
The Investor Relations Director will be responsible for implementing and leading the Company’s investor relations and communication strategy. This role will report to the Chief Financial Officer and collaborate with the General Counsel and corporate communications team, outside agencies, and executive team to effectively execute the investor relations and communications strategy.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities*

Develop and implement corporate strategy regarding engagement with sell-side analysts, current and potential investors

Create press releases, conference call scripts, question and answer files, and other documents for which appropriate messaging is critical.

Create PowerPoint presentations for conference calls, banks conferences and corporate presentations

Develop and implement Environmental, Social, and Governance reports. Manage ESG strategy along with Company compliance function.

Manage communications of key milestones. Ensure alignment with key team members, corporate policies and objectives as well as legal requirements.

Conduct analysis and create materials (charts, PowerPoints, etc.) by analyzing SEC filings and additional sources (IMS Health, Symphony Health, and others)

Prepare materials for the Board of Directors on investor matters, annual reports to shareholders and SEC filings.

Serve as a company representative and point of contact for investors and sell-side analysts.

Monitor trends in investor ownership and changes in market/investor dynamics

Support communications with investors, including proactively responding to routine shareholder inquiries.

Manage the scheduling of an active IR calendar, including investor conferences, non-deal roadshows, meetings at medical and scientific conferences, etc.

Assist Company’s communications function in developing broader internal and external communications

Manage and coordinate effectively with external vendors.

Qualifications (Education & Experience)

Bachelor’s degree in business, writing, communications or other related discipline required; or equivalent combination of education and experience

A minimum of 10 years of experience working in financial services, corporate communications or investor relations required

Clear demonstrated experience in creating press releases, PowerPoint presentations, conference calls scripts and key messages.

Hard-worker, strong attention to detail

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to articulate information in a clear and concise manner

Effective collaboration across multiple business functions to develop corporate messaging

Understanding of sensitivity around material non-public information

Ability to travel 5-20%
