Looking for a paralegal/legal assistant who has experience with small claims. Applicant must be very detail-oriented. Job will be part-time. Hours may vary slightly, but will average 5-7 hours a day depending on the workload. We will provide all the necessary training for you to succeed. Your job will primarily consist of filing paperwork with the courts, typing new lawsuits, preparing documents for service, filling in forms, and filing garnishments.
