The Patient Services Representative is an essential part of Augusta Oncology, receiving all inbound calls to our practice, carefully assessing the needs of patients and other callers, coordinating patient scheduling and communication activities, and routing calls to the appropriate team member when needed. The ideal candidate will have previous call center and/or customer service experience, healthcare experience, and the ability to multitask effectively and efficiently. Strong data entry skills are a plus.
