Facilities Coordinator - Plant Operations

    The Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining confidential OSHA, OSHPOD, Joint Commission, CDPH, CMS and Safety and Security records for all campuses and outbuildings. Process, code and file all invoices, track month end accruals and year end close out. Print and code badges for doors, removed terminated caregivers from badge and prox systems, maintain confidentiality of caregivers being terminated and security investigations. Maintain lost and found, answer service calls, place work orders and maintain the preventative maintenance work orders systems for engineers and vendors. Maintain minutes for Safety Officer's Committee meetings, Workplace Violence Committee meeting and all other meetings facilitate by facilities.

    Required Qualifications:

    • 2 years experience in clerical work or dispatch/work distribution
    • Experience with computer programs, including MS Office applications

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Dispatching experience
