IS Operations Coordinator jobs in Grants Pass, OR

This position will work with the Executive Director to assist in the management and development of the Solid Ground. This role will work with all aspects of the organization to develop and improve internal processes, program coordination, and expand community relations.

Position Responsibilities

• Support Executive Director in all activities related to participant enrollment: orientations; enrollment forms compliance; participant records maintenance and storage; and interfaces with community partners as needed.
• Maintain constituent database.
• Creates operations and Master Service schedule.
• Coordinate with the Accountant to ensure Invoicing of all participants and track accounts receivables.
• Manage and track scholarship distributions and align with the annual budget.
• Create and track monthly reports to share with ED.
• Collaborate with staff to support record keeping maintenance; maintain constituent communication and general office needs.
• Represent the organization in a positive, professional and upbeat manner: in person; over the phone; electronically
• Support Executive Director in donor communication, event support, filing, and other duties as needed.
• Support program events and activities in material production, acquisitions, fundraising, event set-ups/break-downs, and outreach efforts to individuals and organizations as needed.
• Support Executive Director in managing center compliance with PATH International policies and procedures. Maintain and update PATH binder, as necessary.
• Manage Independent Contractor and staff PATH policies and procedures on-boarding.
• Manage Premier Center accreditation process.
• Assist with new staff trainings and compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.

Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in a remote or in-office setting. While performing the duties of this job, the employee intermittently works outside, with animals and people of all ages and abilities.

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Well organized, teachable, and dependable
• The ability to take the lead in projects and tasked responsibilities
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in a variety of settings
• Demonstrate ability to maintain confidentiality regarding student, personnel, and agency records and information.
• U.S. citizen or valid resident/work permit
• Valid driver's license

Preferred Knowledge/Skills

• Experience with marketing, project management, and/or community relations.
• Demonstrate leadership qualities.
• Experience working in settings with children, individuals with disabilities, healthcare, and/or with animals.
• Assertive communicator
• Knowledge of office software, Google Workspace, and/or databases software.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.92 - $25.99 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
