Purpose
The ProIT Administrator assists our Professional IT (ProIT) Multi-Function Printer team with Install/Break-Fix ticket processing, and other administrative tasks. This includes but is not limited to phone coverage, internal projects and/or tasks to be completed to aid the department with the daily workload. The Administration will be required to work with departments across all regions of UBEO, with offices spread across the continental US.
