Articulate and execute the systems strategy for Financial Shared Services (AP and AR) and for leading a team to support and enhance those systems.
Key systems/services supported by the team include SAP Concur, Oracle Web Center, and High Radius
Work independently and collaboratively to support and continuously improve the Financial Shared Services systems and business processes
Establish priorities/goals, provide performance feedback, and facilitate career development for internal team members
Provides performance feedback and career development without having direct reports and:
Lead projects of small to medium complexity from ideation through all phases of the Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC) - initiation, planning, execution, and closing
Provide input to and oversight for the Financial Shared Services scope of the Corporate Finance Applications budget; capture business requirements and initiates new IT projects and enhancements based on those requirements
Collaborate with Financial Shared Services process leads to identify, qualify/ quantify, and prioritize tactical solutions to address business needs and improve business effectiveness
Collaborate with Financial Shared Services leadership to continually review and refine the systems strategy that enables the Financial Shared Services organization to be as effective and optimized as possible
Develop techno-functional expertise on Financial Shared Services systems and performs analysis, design, configuration, testing, implementation, and/or support activities for those systems
Apply principles, concepts and practices of IT Service Management (ITSM), PMLC, and Systems Development Life Cycle (SOLC); and
Proactively enforce worldwide and local security policies to ensure IT information assets are protected.
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (IT), Information Systems, or Finance/Accounting, or foreign equivalent.
Requires 5 years of work experience in job offered or a related position.
Must have 2 years of experience working with Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable applications in either an IT or Finance capacity, and with utilizing formal ITSM and SOLC processes and tools in an IT role;
Must have experience with the following:
Up to 10% domestic travel required. Role permits fully remote work throughout the US.
