This role within our IT Support team will join our growing IT hardware inventory and logistics team onsite at Reddit San Francisco. Keeping the stock room organized, tidy, and keeping our ITAM solution up to date,with a sharp eye on stock levels, shipping and receiving. Supporting break/fix hardware tickets. This person will ideally have prior experience with ITAM products (i.e., Oomnitza, Jamf, AirWatch).
Additionally, you will be working with our partners in Experience, HR, in order to ensure devices are sent and received in a timely manner for both onboarding and offboarding as well as supporting both domestic and international end-user hardware requests on our service desk.

As the IT Asset Specialist, you will assist a fast-growing global business by assisting the asset lifecycle: purchasing, managing, tracking, and deploying hardware. You will have a strong affinity for organization and process in the world of IT. This position will play a key role in our ability to scale our business, the speed in which we can fulfill requests, and protect our expenses.
You are familiar with shipping and receiving logistics and are able to build positive relationships to ensure the timely delivery of IT hardware to our distributed workforce. Additionally, you will utilize our ITAM application (Oomnitza) to track and provide status updates to our new hires and internal stakeholders.
